Training isn’t just about working harder — it’s about understanding how your body moves, responds, and adapts over time.
My approach to fitness comes from years of personal experience learning exactly that. Before becoming a coach, I spent several years training and competing in bikini bodybuilding. That process required more than just discipline; it demanded a deep level of awareness and attention to detail. I had to learn how my body responded to different types of training, how nutrition affected performance and physique, and how even small imbalances could impact both how I looked on stage and how I felt day to day.
Through that experience, I developed a strong understanding of structure, movement, and consistency. I learned how to refine angles, improve symmetry, and build a physique with intention. But more importantly, I learned that progress isn’t always about doing more — it’s about doing what’s right for your body.
Over time, I began to recognize how common imbalances, movement patterns, and everyday habits can influence strength, comfort, and overall performance. These are often the things people overlook, but they can have a significant impact on how your body feels and how well you progress in your training. That understanding is what shapes how I coach today.
At Dzingala Fitness, I work as an in-home personal trainer, bringing training directly to you. This allows me to go beyond just guiding workouts — I can see how you move in your own space, where your daily habits and routines actually take place. It creates a more personalized and practical approach to training, one that fits into your lifestyle rather than working against it.
My goal is to help you build strength in a way that is balanced and sustainable, improve how your body moves so you feel more comfortable day to day, and create consistency with both your training and nutrition. I also want my clients to understand their bodies — not just follow a program — so that the progress they make is something they can maintain long term.
Every program is built around the individual, because no two people move the same or have the same needs. When your training is aligned with how your body functions, results come more naturally, and the process becomes more enjoyable.
